Sampson Asumadu serves as Vice President and Board Treasurer of Charzuu AfricTrust Cana Care, supporting the Board in strategic decision-making while providing oversight of the organization's financial stewardship and long-term sustainability. In his dual leadership role, he helps ensure that financial resources are managed responsibly, transparently, and in alignment with the organization's mission and governance principles.
Working collaboratively with fellow Board members, Sampson contributes to strategic planning, organizational growth, and the development of partnerships that strengthen community impact. He is committed to promoting accountability, sound financial management, and effective governance practices that enable the organization to expand its programs and services while maintaining public confidence and organizational resilience.
Emelia Joyce Darko serves as Local Coordinator and a member of the Board of Directors of Charzuu AfricTrust Cana Care. She plays an important role in strengthening community engagement, supporting program coordination, and fostering meaningful relationships with local partners, volunteers, and stakeholders.
As a Board member, Emelia contributes to the organization's strategic vision by helping ensure that community voices are reflected in planning and decision-making. She is passionate about building inclusive communities and supporting initiatives that improve access to education, healthcare, employment opportunities, and community development. Her dedication to collaboration and service helps advance the organization's commitment to creating sustainable and positive change.
Doretta Fleischer serves as Board Secretary for Charzuu AfricTrust Cana Care, providing essential governance support to the Board of Directors through effective record management, meeting administration, and governance compliance. She helps ensure that Board activities are conducted with professionalism, transparency, and accountability while maintaining accurate corporate records and supporting sound governance practices.
